All benefit-eligible faculty and staff are eligible to apply for the program.

Deadline date for submission is December 2, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. No exceptions will be made for late registrations.

As an important reminder: Creighton University FACHEX/Tuition Exchange Application for 2025-2026 is for internal use only. All information regarding this program is confidential and provided solely for our community.

My son or daughter must meet the admission and FACHEX/Tuition Exchange program requirements and deadlines established at each participating institution.

Once you submit this form, you will be receiving a confirmation email and your information will be forwarded to Human Resources for certification.

The next step in this process is for your student (not the parent employee) to create a FACHEX/Tuition Exchange account and to complete the TE EZ-Application: https://www.tuitionexchange.org/vnews/display.v/ART/66954fb33ea29. The student can add/delete schools but the maximum number of active schools at any one time is twenty (20).
